This BKSILICONE workshop video follows Taiwan mahjong silicone mold making from an SLA master to the finished silicone mold. The six stages below match the process shown.
Step 1 — SLA 3D-Printed Master
The video begins with an SLA 3D-printed master for a Taiwan mahjong silicone mold. The stated 0.04 mm (<0.1 in) is the printing layer height, not a dimensional accuracy or tolerance claim.

Step 2 — Weighing the Silicone
The silicone is weighed before mixing. Use the mixing ratio specified for your silicone system; this video does not establish a universal mixing ratio.

Step 3 — Mixing Thoroughly
The silicone is mixed thoroughly before it is transferred into cups. Follow the material instructions for mixing and working time.

Step 4 — Vacuum Degassing
The prepared silicone is vacuum degassed before pouring. Degassing is part of the workshop sequence shown in this project.

Step 5 — Pouring the Silicone
The silicone is poured into the master mold. The video shows the fill stage after mixing and vacuum degassing.

Step 6 — Curing and Compressed-Air-Assisted Demolding
The video records fully cured silicone after four hours in this project, followed by compressed-air-assisted demolding. Actual curing time depends on the silicone and processing conditions; follow the applicable material instructions.
