Step 1 — Mold Assembly
The mold is assembled before silicone preparation.
Step 2 — Weighing Silicone
Silicone is weighed for this project.
Step 3 — Mixing Silicone
The silicone is mixed before pouring.
Step 4 — Vacuum Degassing
The mixed silicone is vacuum degassed.
Step 5 — Pouring Silicone
Silicone is poured into the assembled mold.
Step 6 — Silicone Curing
The silicone is left to cure. Follow the curing instructions for the specific material used.
Step 7 — Silicone Mold Demolding
The cured silicone mold is demolded.
Step 8 — Securing the Mold with Rubber Bands
Rubber bands hold the mold together.
Step 9 — Sealing the Mold to Prevent Leakage
The mold is sealed with packing tape to help prevent leakage during the casting test.
Step 10 — Resin Casting
Resin is poured into the prepared mold.
Step 11 — Resin Curing
The resin is left to cure according to the material requirements.
Step 12 — Demolding
The casting test ends with demolding. The final product is not shown for customer confidentiality.
